A million square feet of industrial space planned in Sunbridge

VanTrust Real Estate has purchased 71 acres in Sunbridge Business Park for $20.3 million and plans to begin construction in the third quarter of 2026 on three Class A industrial buildings totaling roughly 956,600 square feet, branded as SunPark Industrial, with the first two facilities expected to deliver by late 2027. This initial phase is designed as the first half of a two-phase program that could ultimately add about 2 million square feet of industrial space across nearly 150 acres, reinforcing Sunbridge’s 27,000-plus-acre, dual-county master-planned community as a major emerging hub for logistics and warehouse development alongside its large-scale residential, office, retail and hotel entitlements.
