Our Homes

new homes and townhomes in the
NATUREHOOD

A place where home, town and nature come together and enrich each other in a whole new way. It’s a vision that will take decades to realize. And yet even with our first neighborhoods, this unique blend of elements is emerging. And is creating a new way of life for Central Florida.

meet the neighborhoods

We have two neighborhoods currently selling in Sunbridge — which makes finding your perfect fit really easy.

Weslyn Park is your all-things-amazing place for all ages. With playful parks, meandering trails and fresh home designs. (A swimming pool, too.)

And for those 55+, Del Webb Sunbridge feels like a gated getaway. With low-maintenance homes that leave plenty of time to enjoy the exclusive amenities — like a private clubhouse, resort-style pool and your very own tavern. Cheers!

Whichever neighborhood you choose to plant your roots, there’s a home and a whole lot of naturehood waiting for you here.

In Sunbridge, Del Webb’s incomparable approach to active adult living becomes even richer — more invigorating, adventurous and healthful. In this gated, 55+ natural gas neighborhood, your sunlit low-maintenance home pampers you with style and leaves you with time. Time to stroll over to the Hammock Club, a 27,000-square-foot resort-style clubhouse with all the trimmings. The large, elegant pool. The on-site Tavern. Lifelong learning classes. Full-time lifestyle director. Then again, since you’re in Sunbridge, just head out and revel in some honest-to-goodness Florida nature.

on the horizon:

The Watershed

It’s a glorious thing having a chain of natural lakes, surrounded by woods and filled with fish, within walking or pedaling distance. But we’ve also envisioned another kind of water experience — or might we say waterfront experience — for Sunbridge.

Picture a place where bistros and boutiques, workplaces and residences overlook a chain of natural lakes. Imagine a little early morning kayaking. Or maybe just sitting at a table, freshly made iced latte in hand, and looking out over the water.

And all of this is planned to be just a short ways from both Weslyn Park and Del Webb Sunbridge. Stay tuned.
