In The News: Tri Pointe Homes snags next phase of Weslyn Park in Sunbridge

Tri Pointe Homes has acquired all 289 lots in Neighborhood D East, the next phase of Weslyn Park in Sunbridge, marking the first time an entire Weslyn Park neighborhood has been sold to a single builder.

The move-up and luxury homebuilder plans to introduce new Prairie and West Indies architectural styles on smaller detached homesites, integrate mandatory rooftop solar, and add amenities such as a nature-inspired playground, fitness trail, multi-purpose fields and a lakefront amphitheater that complement Tavistock’s master-planned features, including the forthcoming Watershed pool, restaurant and waterfront activity hub.
