Massive Orlando master-planned community set to accelerate development in 2026

Sunbridge, a 27,000-acre master-planned “naturehood” outside Orlando, is set to significantly accelerate development in 2026, with new neighborhoods from builders including Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, Pulte and others that could eventually bring up to 30,000 homes across Orange and Osceola counties. Two communities—Del Webb Sunbridge and Weslyn Park—already total roughly 2,400 homes and robust amenity packages, and the next wave of development will add a broader mix of single-family homes, bungalows and townhomes at varied price points, all within a framework that preserves more than 13,000 acres of native habitat, uses water-saving soils and plant palettes, and ties the community into new road connections that improve access to Orlando International Airport, major highways and area theme parks.
