St. Cloud’s Sunbridge community to add new custom homes

ICI Homes is introducing custom single-family homes in Weslyn Park, making it the only custom builder in the 27,000 acre, nature-focused Sunbridge master-planned community that spans St.     Cloud and Sunbridge–Orlando corridor. The company will start with 19 one- and two-story homes from about 2,500 square feet and pricing in the $700,000s, leveraging Sunbridge’s conservation-first design, expanding amenity package (including Basecamp, trails, resort-style pool and the forthcoming Watershed waterfront complex), and the broader surge of residential growth that is turning St. Cloud and Sunbridge into a key engine of Central Florida’s housing and economic expansion.
