These are homes built for Florida’s demanding environment, using EnergySaver construction methods that are 39% more efficient than homes built as recently as 2006. Because the homes use a wood frame construction, the builder has more flexibility in resizing and relocating windows during design—just one of the ways DWH works to incorporate the LifeDesign concept into each home.
