Sunbridge Business Park industrial warehouse project valued at $130M

Kansas City–based VanTrust Real Estate is launching a major industrial project at Sunbridge Business Park in southeast Orange County, having acquired 71 acres tied to Tavistock for $20.3 million to develop nearly 2 million square feet of logistics space in three phases valued at about $130 million. The first phase, starting construction in late 2026, will deliver two mid‑size warehouses and a larger 526,933‑square‑foot building by 2027, with a potential second phase adding a 992,000‑square‑foot facility on an additional 78 acres, positioning Sunbridge as a key hub for e‑commerce, aeronautical, food distribution and light manufacturing users in one of Central Florida’s fastest‑growing industrial corridors.
