Tavistock will end 2025 with a flurry of land deals in Sunbridge

Tavistock Development is set to end 2025 with a burst of activity in Sunbridge, closing more than $34 million in land deals with builders including Toll Brothers, Pulte, Tri Pointe Homes, and Perry Homes, and lining up four additional transactions before year’s end. Tri Pointe has acquired all 289 lots in Weslyn Park’s Neighborhood D‑East across from the Watershed amenity and plans to launch a smaller‑footprint, premium product with its own lakefront amphitheater and recreation spaces, while Perry Homes has purchased 26 60‑foot lots in Phase 4 of Weslyn Park and Toll Brothers and Pulte have jointly secured a 436‑home subdivision in the Orlando section of Sunbridge that will mix townhomes, bungalows and larger single‑family homes around a shared resort‑style amenity center, with more established builders like Ashton Woods, Dream Finders, M/I Homes and ICI Homes slated to join the Sunbridge roster in 2026
