Taylor Morrison has broken ground on Heron Bay, a 526‑home community in the Orlando section of Sunbridge, bringing single‑family homes and bungalows priced from the low $500,000s to the 27,000‑acre, nature‑focused master‑planned development. The project will deliver a range of three‑ to six‑bedroom homes with resort‑style amenities including a pool, pavilion, dog park, pickleball and basketball courts, nature play areas, and a butterfly garden, and is part of Sunbridge’s broader next phase of growth that also includes new neighborhoods from Tri Pointe, Toll Brothers and Pulte, expanded trails, and future village centers as southeast Orlando emerges as one of the region’s fastest‑growing corridors.
